The uzbek foreign information - commercial center uzincomcenter was organized in 1992 according to the resolution of the cabinet of ministers of the republic of uzbekistan in the form of a state unitary enterprise under the ministry of foreign economic relations of the republic of uzbekistan.
In 2001 uzincomcenter was reorganized into a joint stock company. The collective investment fund of uzincomcenter includes the share foreign trade companies as uzpromashimpex and uzinterimpex, a joint stock company international business center are among its share holders, the part of the share holding is distributed between physical bodies and its stuff. Due to the classification of (itc unctad wto), uzincomcenter is considered to be a national organization, assisting the development of foreign trade and international electronic commerce (application) in production.
